This initiative is designed to assist states in ‘Creating Efficient Systems Linkages to Support Healthy Child Development.’ The grant, supported by The Commonwealth Fund, is part of the Assuring Better Child Health and Development Initiative (ABCD), and will build on previous efforts to improve the delivery of child development services.
